Our team, operating from the Cdk Property head office in Lancashire, has a wealth of experience in providing advice on residential opportunities to clients. Where are the properties from?

The properties, are generally off-market; Many are for sale by motivated seller and importantly they produce good rental yields of between 7% -14%, with good potential for future increases in value.

The Cdk Property group has great relationships with banks, developers, asset management companies, individual property owners and insolvency practitioners, knowing that we can offer them speed, efficiency and outstanding service levels.

The type of property which we offer includes new build, repossessed, student, pre-auction, off plan, discounted bulk portfolios and traditional re-sale properties.
