Deposit registration

Registering the tenant's deposit in a government-backed scheme, in line with law. Registering the landlord and tenant’s details in relation to the deposit and serving the prescribed information and deposit certificate within 30 days of the start of the tenancy. Cdk Lettings use the Deposit Protection Service. Where Cdk Lettings has registered the deposit, the fee also covers negotiating with the landlord and tenant(s) any disbursement of the security deposit, returning the deposit to the agreed parties and remittance of any disputed amount to the Scheme for final adjudication. It includes instructing contractors, obtaining quotes, organising the repair/replacement of items as required.
